Chinese Kindergarten Teacher

Responsibilities:

• Foster social interactions among children to enhance their self-esteem.
• Utilize creative learning methods, including arts and crafts, supervised play, and storytelling.
• Develop comprehensive curriculum tailored to early childhood development needs.
• Promote a sense of order and discipline within the classroom.
• Supervise children during free time on the playground.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised classroom environment.
• Prepare for lessons by gathering materials and setting up workstations.
• Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and activities.
• Compile and prepare children portfolios.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Education, with a focus on Early Childhood Development.
• Experience working with young children in a classroom setting.
• Ability to engage with children at their level effectively.
• Patient and compassionate demeanor, coupled with a friendly, energetic attitude.
• Creative mindset with the ability to design memorable, innovative lessons.
• Passion for shaping and inspiring young minds.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to serve as a positive role model.
