Forte360 is a growing non-profit organisation dedicated to co-creating sustainable community well-being support for all children in Singapore. We recognise that well-being looks different for every child and aim to provide opportunities for them to explore various aspects of well-being. Using an evidence-based positive education framework, Forte360 introduces specific well-being habits into schools and organisations. Our goal is to create environments where students can flourish.

Role Description

This is a freelance role for Children&aposs Wellbeing Programme Trainers (The Wellbeing Accelerators) located on-site in Singapore. The trainers will be responsible for facilitating our pre-designed wellbeing programmes, guiding children through various well-being activities and habits, and collaborating with schools and organizations. The role includes preparation of training materials, delivering sessions, and providing feedback to continuously improve the programmes.

Programme Types:

1. One-off Engagements: Sessions with the organisation that range from 1 to 4 hours.
2. Module-Based Engagements: A structured 1-module programme delivered over 10 weeks, with weekly 2-hour sessions.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilitating workshops, training, or educational programmes with children
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English, with proficiency in other languages being an advantage
• Background in positive education or child psychology is a plus

Training will be provided.

Rate of Engagement: To be discussed during the interview. Compensation is provided onan hourly basis
