POSITION:
- Supervisor Role or Assistant Supervisor Role depending on the years of experience
- Located in Serangoon and Ang Mo Kio (walking distance to Mrt)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Located at Serangoon(next to mrt station)
- Mentor a team of teachers, highlight their strengths and provide regular feedbacks for professional development.
- Collaborate and work closely with parents and teachers to address children's learning needs.
- Respond to parents enquiries and feedbacks
- Well acquaint with ECDA CMS through children enrollement and subsidy applications
- Aligned Centre's standards and quality with SPARKS requirement
- To lead a team and report to the centre director/manager
- To be independent and to work closely with the management
- To be active in enrollment of children
- Conduct frequent meetings with teachers
