Job Summary
You will lead the end-to-end development and execution of the AI platform, driving technology vision and architecture. You will build and scale engineering teams, represent the company externally, and ensure scalable, secure, and compliant AI solutions aligned with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the AI platform's technology vision and architecture to deliver scalable, secure, and cloud-native solutions
- Build, structure, and guide internal engineering teams and external partners to scale the engineering function effectively
- Represent the company externally by translating complex technical capabilities into clear narratives for customers, partners, and investors
- Define and implement the technical architecture and platform strategy, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements
- Establish interoperability and platform integration approaches using modern API-driven architectures and standards such as FHIR
- Set and enforce the organization's security posture by defining principles and implementing robust identity and access management, encryption, monitoring, and risk management practices
- Guide decisions on data and AI infrastructure to support platform performance and reliability
- Define and embed responsible AI principles, including safety and privacy guardrails, into product design and engineering culture
