We are seeking a strategic and execution-driven VP of Business Development to lead our market expansion into other countries. You will be responsible for building our ecosystem of data center partners, identifying and converting enterprise and hyperscaler prospects, and driving the commercialization of GPU-powered infrastructure projects across the region.
This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of cloud infrastructure, AI/ML compute, and emerging market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for Indonesia, aligned with the company's GPU cloud and data center business objectives.
Identify market entry models, regulatory considerations, and partnership structures suited to the Indonesian digital infrastructure landscape.
Build and manage relationships with data center operators, colocation providers, telcos, system integrators, and local cloud resellers in Indonesia.
Negotiate strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and channel agreements to establish a strong local presence and service delivery capability.
Collaborate with NVIDIA ecosystem partners, OEMs, and local distributors to support GPU cluster deployments.
Identify, qualify, and close enterprise and government customers with high-performance computing (HPC) and AI training/inference workloads.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline lead complex deal cycles from initial engagement through contract negotiation and project handoff.
Position GPU-as-a-Service, bare-metal GPU clusters, and sovereign cloud solutions to CTOs, CIOs, and AI/ML leaders.
Structure commercial terms for large-scale GPU infrastructure deals, including leasing, usage-based pricing, and long-term capacity reservations.
Work cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and Operations to ensure deal feasibility, risk mitigation, and timely project delivery.
Support financing discussions with investors, banks, or leasing partners where relevant.
Represent the company at industry events, government forums, and partner summits in Indonesia and Southeast Asia.
Recruit and mentor a local business development team as the operation scales.
Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to inform product roadmap and regional strategy.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, or strategic partnerships within cloud infrastructure, data centers, colocation, or AI/ML compute.
Proven track record of opening new markets in Southeast Asia, with direct experience in Indonesia strongly preferred.
Deep network of relationships across Indonesian data center operators, enterprise IT decision-makers, and government/digital economy stakeholders.
Strong understanding of GPU computing, AI infrastructure, and HPC ecosystems (NVIDIA, cloud providers, or similar).
Demonstrated ability to structure and close multi-million-dollar infrastructure or SaaS deals.
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills fluent in English proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a significant plus.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field MBA preferred.
