We are partnering with a growing healthcare organisation undergoing digital transformation. They are looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead their technology strategy, platform development, and adoption of AI-driven capabilities across the business.
This is a key leadership role responsible for building scalable systems, driving innovation, and aligning technology initiatives with business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the organisation's technology and digital strategy aligned with business objectives
- Lead the design and development of scalable applications, platforms, and integrations
- Drive adoption of AI, automation, and data-driven solutions to enhance operations and decision-making
- Oversee end-to-end technology delivery, including engineering, systems, data, and security
- Build and lead high-performing engineering teams across local and offshore locations
- Own the technology roadmap, architecture, and long-term platform strategy
- Partner with senior stakeholders to translate business needs into technology solutions
- Establish governance, best practices, and standards across development and infrastructure
- Manage external vendors and technology partners
Requirements
- Proven experience leading technology or engineering functions with end-to-end ownership
- At least 8 years of experience managing engineering or IT teams, including distributed teams
- Solid track record of delivering applications or platforms at scale
- Experience defining and executing technology roadmaps and system architecture
- Exposure to AI, automation, or data-driven initiatives in a business environment
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
