Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

We are seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead ourglobal digital roadmap. The ideal candidate is not just a technical architectbut a strategic business leader who understands that technology must drivefiscal efficiency. You will oversee the migration of legacy systems to thecloud, ensure global compliance through automated reporting, and leadhigh-performing teams across multiple continents.

Reporting directly to the CEO, he/she will lead the'Enhancing Services Monitoring platform-a Corporate StrategicProject designed to revolutionize retail operations through AI-drivenComputer Vision

Located in Singapore, he/she will liaise with the technical teams inDubai and US.

Skills and requirements

. Min 10 years of software engineering/solutions architect workingexperience

. Has ideally experience with AI projects before. This role needs todo hands-on at the beginning.

. Comprehensive understanding of applied AI in Computer vision

. Significant experience deploying sophisticated software

. AI/ML Expertise: Hands on experience in Computer Vision (OpenCV, TensorFlow, orPyTorch) specifically for human activity recognition and object detection inretail/service environments

. POS Integration: Proven track record of integrating third-party AI with Odoo(Python-based) or similar ERP/POS systems.

. Infrastructure Knowledge: . Familiarity with Dahua hardware, RTSP port forwarding,and H.264/H.265 codecs.

. Experience managingcloud environments (AWS)

. Network Synchronization: Mastery of NTP Server synchronization to ensure video timestampsperfectly align with POS transaction logs.

. Ideally French Speaking

Key Responsibilities

. Global Systems Strategy: Lead the architecture and implementation of enterprise-wide systems(ERP/SaaS) that support global operations.

. Cloud & Infrastructure Modernization: Direct the migration of on-premiseinfrastructure to cloud-native environments (AWS/Azure) to ensure scalabilityand cost-optimization.

. Technological Governance & Compliance: Ensure all digital platforms meetinternational fiscal, legal, and statutory requirements (IFRS/Local GAAP).

. Data-Driven Decision Making: Implement advanced analytics to providereal-time financial and operational visibility to the board.

. Change Management: Lead cross-functional teams and external vendors through complex systemconversions and global rollouts.

. Computer vision development: to lead the development and implementation ofa first-of-its-kind, in-house AI computer vision platform.

. Systems integration : Build and maintain the Middleware AI required to ingeststreams from CCTV cameras and sync themwith POS transaction data

. Operational Integrity: Implement real-time alerting systems for managers regarding:

Undercharging/overchargingbased on service duration.

Missing add-on services orretail items at checkout.

Staff attendance irregularities(early departures and clock-in/out validation)

. Global Scalability: Oversee the technical rollout across international sites, includingthe U.S. (Dallas, LAX, Newark, etc.) and Dubai, and Asian sites (SG, KL)
