Process Optimization: Implement and refine project management software (e.g., Ivy, DesignManager, or Asana) to eliminate bottlenecks in the procurement and billing cycle.
Team Development: Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of designers, project managers, and procurement specialists.
Vendor & Logistics Management: Oversee our global supply chain, managing relationships with artisans, contractors, and freight forwarders to minimize lead-time disruptions.
Strategic Growth: Partner with the CEO to identify new market opportunities, potential studio expansions, or high-value partnerships.
Experience: 5+ years in operations or executive leadership, preferably within Interior Design, Architecture, or Luxury Real Estate.
Business Acumen: Strong grasp of finance, including revenue recognition and labor-cost analysis.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in design-specific ERP or project management tools.
The Design Language: While you don't need to be a designer, you must understand the creative process and have an eye for excellence.
Problem Solver: A calm in the storm personality capable of navigating the inevitable delays and hiccups of the construction world.
