Job Summary
:This position is part of the Chief of Staff Office and is responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operation of the business unit by providing administrative and executive support
Responsibilities
- Business Unit Operations Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for administrative and operational support within the business unit, including recruitment coordination and expense management
- Business Development Team Support: Conduct market/industry trend research and support business research activities to contribute to successful business development
- Executive Support: Manage schedules for business unit executives, arrange domestic/international travel, provide visa support and etc.
- Internal Event Planning and Operations: Plan and manage internal events such as business unit town hall meetings, workshops, and team-building activities
- Communication: Collaborate with HQ and governance teams to communicate key announcements and updates within the business unit
- General Administrative Support: Perform additional administrative and operational tasks required to support business unit operations
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Basic understanding or strong interest in IT, telecommunications, or cloud services
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, including prioritization, adaptability to change, and handling urgency and uncertainty
- Detail-orientated and responsible in managing schedules and tasks
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in any field, including but not limited to business, operations, planning, HR/General Affairs, marketing, or finance.
- Experience in manufacturing or IT industries
