Job Description

Role Overview:

This role reports to the Founder and works closely with the Global CHRO to advance the strategic planning and operational execution of key HR initiatives across the organization. The role participates in HR system optimization and in-depth Organizational Development transformation, establishes cross-border collaboration mechanisms, and supports the company's global business expansion and organizational capability enhancement.

Work Location: Shanghai or Singapore

Key Responsibilities

I. Strategic Alignment and Implementation

  1. Participate in the company's global strategic planning, collaborate closely with Country HR Heads, provide professional insights from an HR perspective, decompose the company's strategy into actionable HR and organizational objectives, and develop supporting implementation pathways.
  2. Manage complex and core strategic projects, ensuring timely completion within the defined scope and budget.

II. Organizational Development Transformation

  1. Identify key pain points in organizational structure, core processes, and corporate culture; partner with business leaders, HR leaders, and the Founder to design and drive OD transformation projects (e.g., organizational structure optimization, cross-cultural integration system establishment, and hierarchical leadership development system construction).
  2. Contribute to building an organizational effectiveness monitoring index system, continuously track the implementation effect of transformations, collaborate with business departments for dynamic optimization and adjustment, and enhance organizational agility and core competitiveness.
  3. Collaborate with HR functional leaders to provide professional guidance in areas such as talent management, organizational development, workforce planning, diversity and inclusion, and employee experience.

III. HR System Coordination, KPI Monitoring, and Communication

  1. Coordinate and oversee the priorities of the HR team to ensure consistency and alignment across countries, regions, and business units.
  2. Track key HR projects and core Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), maintain close engagement with all stakeholders, and drive efficient project execution.
  3. Act as a key liaison between regional HR teams and senior management to ensure smooth communication and alignment on HR priorities.
  4. Provide regular updates to Global CHRO and Founder on HR-related activities, initiative progress, and final outcomes.
  5. Prepare high-level presentation materials, work reports, and other communication documents for internal and external stakeholders.

IV. Cross-Border Collaboration and Resource Integration

  1. Coordinate the establishment of a global regional HR collaboration mechanism to address core issues such as cross-border talent mobility and cross-cultural management.
  2. Promote the integration of global HR resources and the construction of an external cooperation ecosystem, introduce cutting-edge industry practices, optimize HR technology tools and digital applications, and improve the efficiency of global HR management.

Requirements

I. Qualifications and Experience

  1. Bachelor's degree or above.
  2. At least 15 years of work experience in the HR field, including a minimum of 5 years in senior HR management or core leadership roles at multinational enterprises.
  3. Proven experience in formulating and implementing comprehensive HR Strategies, having led at least 3 large-scale Organizational Development (OD) transformation projects with verifiable achievement cases.

II. Core Competencies

  1. Proficiency in end-to-end HR module operations, with profound expertise particularly in Organizational Development (OD), talent strategy, organizational design, leadership development, and cross-cultural management.
  2. Strong strategic thinking and systematic planning capabilities, able to translate company strategy into specific HR action plans and excel in decomposing complex problems and driving implementation.
  3. Excellent cross-regional and cross-departmental collaboration capabilities, able to effectively integrate global resources and promote efficient collaboration among cross-cultural teams.
  4. Acute business acumen and data sensitivity, capable of optimizing HR decisions through data analysis and enhancing organizational effectiveness.

III. Other Requirements

  1. Fluent in both English and Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), able to communicate proficiently as working languages.
  2. Willingness to travel internationally, with a high sense of responsibility, ability to work under pressure, and a broad perspective.
