FRACTIONAL CMO for Series B B2B SaaS
We're Representing: A Series B-funded B2B2C SaaS platform serving enterprise procurement teams.
The Role: Reposition the brand and rebuild GTM for APAC market. You'll audit competitive landscape, define differentiation, redesign messaging, optimize channel strategy, and hire a VP Marketing to execute.
You'll Own:
- Competitive positioning (vs. incumbents and DIY solutions)
- Brand and messaging strategy (how to stand out in crowded market)
- GTM playbook for APAC (what channels work, what doesn't)
- Demand generation strategy (webinars, partnerships, events, content)
- Marketing spend audit and optimization
- Sales enablement and alignment
- Hiring VP Marketing (write JD, interview, support placement)
- Marketing roadmap to 2x MRR
What We Need:
- 10+ years B2B SaaS marketing experience
- Track record repositioning companies in crowded markets
- Deep expertise in APAC GTM (understanding of regional buying patterns)
- Proven ability to build demand gen programs that drive efficient growth
- Comfort with competitive intelligence and positioning strategy
- Experience hiring and coaching VP Marketing
Fractional Terms:
- up to SGD $14,000 month (2-3 days/week)
- 6 month contract with potential to renew
