The Role
We are seeking a results-driven CIO to join our client, who will be responsible for the design and execution of a unified IT and ERP strategy and lead their transformation agenda.
This role is instrumental in building a strong, scalable technology foundation to support ongoing growth. The successful candidate will drive the integration of ERP and core systems, improve data visibility, and introduce digital tools that enhance efficiency, decision-making, and operational performance across the group.

In this pivotal role you will:
- Set and execute the overall technology vision to support business growth, operational efficiency, and cross-regional collaboration.
- Lead the rollout and optimization of ERP systems across business units, ensuring alignment in Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and Operations.
- Oversee IT infrastructure and systems to ensure stability, scalability, and readiness for future growth.
- Establish and maintain strong cybersecurity practices to protect data and mitigate risk.
- Integrate core business systems to streamline processes, enable accurate reporting, and improve access to real-time data.
- Define and govern enterprise data standards to support analytics and informed decision-making.
- Manage external technology partners to ensure service quality, cost-effectiveness, and value delivery.
- Advise senior leadership on technology-driven business opportunities and risk mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with IT teams across the group to drive alignment, innovation, and shared best practices.
- Build and foster a high-performing, forward-looking IT culture.
- Manage the IT budget to ensure effective allocation of resources and measurable returns on investment.
