Lead strategic human resource transformation and workforce excellence at a major Singapore healthcare network. Drive HR initiatives to enhance workforce agility and engagement, supporting specialised patient care through integrated institutional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic human resource initiatives to enhance workforce agility and engagement aligned with National Specialty Centre missions
  • Lead manpower planning, talent acquisition, and talent development to build a high-performing workforce across nursing, pharmacy, allied health, administrative, ancillary, and medical staff
  • Oversee employee and industrial relations to maintain a positive and compliant work environment
  • Manage talent management, succession planning, leadership development, organisational design, retention, rewards, and performance management to support organisational goals
  • Drive change management initiatives to enable smooth transitions and adoption of new HR technologies and processes
  • Collaborate with heads of departments, institutions, and stakeholders to provide effective HR support for integrated, specialised patient care delivery
  • Lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed organisation to achieve HR transformation and workforce optimisation objectives
  • Utilize HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors to analyse workforce data and inform strategic decisions
  • Demonstrate strong stakeholder management by engaging and influencing senior leaders and teams across the organisation
  • Communicate effectively in writing and verbally to lead and collaborate with diverse teams

Required competencies and certifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 15 years of human resource experience, including at least 10 years in leadership roles within public healthcare

  • Proven track record in HR transformation, technology adoption, and workforce optimisation
  • Exceptional leadership strength and integrity to address current and future organisational challenges
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
