Job Description

Job purpose

The CHRO is responsible for leading the Company's human resources strategy while supporting overall management and overseas operations. This role serves as a key bridge between Group strategy and local execution, ensuring compliance, organisational effectiveness, and sustainable talent development, while also contributing to business and market growth initiatives where appropriate. Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the Company's overall human resources strategy in alignment with Group strategy and local overseas regulatory requirements, ensuring effective support of business objectives.
  • Oversee recruitment strategy and workforce planning for key positions, establish effective talent acquisition channels, and build an organisational structure aligned with business growth and overseas operations.
  • Design, implement, and continuously optimise performance management systems, compensation frameworks, and incentive schemes suited to overseas markets plan and execute training and leadership development programmes to strengthen organisational capability.
  • Manage employee relations and labour matters to ensure full compliance with local employment laws and regulations, enhance employee engagement and retention, and support consistent management practices across overseas teams.
  • Oversee office administration, general affairs, and corporate support functions, including daily administrative and logistics management optimise internal processes with strong emphasis on compliance, governance, and risk control to support efficient operations.
  • Support overseas business and market development initiatives by participating in local expansion planning, cross-functional coordination, and the establishment and maintenance of key external relationships where relevant.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline, with at least 3 years of experience in senior HR, management, or corporate leadership roles.3
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulated industries, with strong command of core human resources functions and employment compliance.
  • Strong bilingual communication skills in English and Chinese, with proven cross-cultural management, stakeholder engagement, and leadership capabilities.
  • Strong alignment with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) values and the Da Ren Tang brand, with a pragmatic and long-term organisational mindset.
