Job Description
Chief Growth Officer
Srav Health Pte. Ltd. | Singapore | Hybrid | Contract
Report to: Founder & CEO | Start: Immediate
About Srav Health
Srav Health is the pioneer in women's and family health at the workplace. We deliver delivering integrative, outcome-based care through employers (our western medicine care is via Sravana Pte. Ltd - an MOH Clinic). Our approach coordinates western medicine, psychotherapy, functional medicine, nutrition, Ayurveda, and breathwork into one personalised care journey. We serve employers globally.
The Opportunity
80% of employers in Singapore want to offer women's health benefits. 2% do. That gap is not a sales problem. It is a care problem. We are building the bridge.
This is a category creation role. You are not selling against competitors. You are opening a market that does not exist yet.
What You Will Deliver
· Employer pipeline: Build and convert a pipeline of forward-thinking employers starting with tech and professional services firms in Singapore.
· Broker and insurer relationships: Establish Srav as a recommended vendor with key brokers (Aon, Pacific Prime, Mercer, WTW) and TPAs (IHP, Tribe Benefits). Get us on their recommendation lists.
· Insurance pathway activation: Work with insurers (AIA, Cigna, Great Eastern) to ensure our practitioners are listed and claimable. Maximise employer insurance utilisation as a selling point.
· Workshop-to-care conversion: Use workshops as entry point. Convert employer interest into ongoing care programmes. Manage the full cycle from needs assessment to programme launch.
· Market intelligence: Bring insight from the buyer side. What language do HR leaders use What gets approved What gets shelved What do brokers actually recommend
· Commercial playbook: Help build a repeatable, scalable employer sales motion that can transition from founder-led to team-led.
Who You Are
· You feel this gap. You are driven by purpose. You want to fix something that matters.
· You have been on the buyer side. You have purchased or managed employee health benefits across one or more organisations. You know what gets approved and what gets shelved.
· You deeply listen. You see from the other person's perspective. You help, not sell.
· You understand the landscape. Insurers, brokers, TPAs, EAPs, flex benefits. You have seen the gaps from the inside.
· You are comfortable with ambiguity. Small team, big mission. You set your own direction.
· You are a connector. You have relationships with HR leaders, benefits managers, brokers, or insurers in Singapore.
Qualifications
· 8+ years in employee benefits, corporate wellness, HR, insurance, or health/wellness industry
· Experience purchasing, managing, or selling employer health benefits programmes
· Understanding of Singapore's insurance landscape (AIA, Prudential, Great Eastern, Cigna, IHP)
· Understanding of broker/TPA ecosystem (Aon, Mercer, Pacific Prime, WTW, Tribe)
· Network of HR and benefits decision-makers in Singapore

· Based in Singapore
