Job Description

Job Summary:

As a core member of the regional headquarters executive management team, the CFO is fully responsible for the company's financial strategy planning, financial management, risk control, capital operations, and investor relations. Leading the finance team to ensure the company's financial health and efficient operations, the CFO provides key financial insights and decision support to the CEO and board of directors to drive sustainable growth and maximize value for the company.

Core Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Financial Leadership:

* Develop and execute financial strategies and long-term financial plans aligned with the company's overall strategic objectives.

* Assess the financial feasibility and risk-return profiles of business opportunities, investment decisions, and merger and acquisition activities.

* Provide financial modeling, scenario analysis, and decision support for the company's strategic development.

* Monitor the impact of macroeconomic trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes on the company's financial performance and propose corresponding strategies.

2. Financial Management and Reporting:

* Establish a sound, efficient financial management system, processes, and internal control systems.

* Ensure the timely, accurate, and compliant preparation of all statutory financial statements (such as annual reports, quarterly reports) and internal management reports.

* Lead budget preparation, rolling forecasts, and financial analysis, monitor execution, and provide variance analysis.

* Optimize cash flow management, ensure operational capital efficiency, and safeguard the company's capital security and liquidity.

* Oversee the company's overall tax planning and compliance management, effectively controlling tax risks.

3. Capital Operations and Financing Management:

* Develop and implement the company's capital structure and financing strategies (including equity and debt financing).

* Manage bank relationships, investor relations, and potential financing activities (such as IPOs and bond issuances).

* Evaluate and manage the company's investment portfolio to optimize capital allocation efficiency.

* Lead financial due diligence, valuation, negotiation, and integration for major investment projects (e.g., mergers and acquisitions, divestitures).

4. Risk Management and Compliance:

* Establish and maintain a robust risk management framework to identify, assess, monitor, and report financial, operational, market, and strategic risks.

* Ensure the company complies with all applicable financial, tax, securities, and corporate governance laws and regulations (e.g., IFRS/US GAAP, SOX, listing rules, etc.).

* Lead the internal audit function to ensure the effectiveness of internal controls.

* Serve as the primary contact with external auditors to ensure the smooth conduct of audit work.

5. Team Building and Leadership:

* Recruit, develop, motivate, and manage a high-quality finance team, fostering an efficient, collaborative, and innovative team culture.

* Set clear departmental goals and performance metrics, and continuously optimize the financial organization structure and processes.

* Promote close collaboration and communication between the finance department and other business departments.

6. Investor Relations and Corporate Governance:

* Under the leadership of the CEO or with board authorization, be responsible for communicating with investors, analysts, and rating agencies to effectively convey the company's strategy and financial performance.

* Prepare and report to the board of directors and its committees (such as the audit committee) on the company's financial condition, performance, risks, and major issues.

* Ensure good corporate governance practices and protect shareholder interests.

7. Digital Transformation and Efficiency Improvement:

* Drive financial digitalization and automation transformation, leveraging advanced technologies and tools to enhance financial operational efficiency and insights.

* Advocate a data-driven decision-making culture.

Qualifications:

1. Educational Background:

* Master's degree or above from a QS100 university, with a bachelor's degree or above in finance, accounting, economics, or related fields (MBA, EMBA, or related master's degrees preferred), with certifications such as CFA, ACCA, or Senior Accountant title preferred.

2. Work Experience:

* At least 15 years of financial-related work experience, including at least 8 years in senior financial management roles (e.g., CFO, Vice President of Finance) at large multinational corporations or listed companies.

* Must possess comprehensive financial management experience: * Proficient in accounting, financial reporting (IFRS/US GAAP), budget management, financial analysis, cash management, tax planning, internal control, and risk management.

* Core Value Experience:

* Strategic Financial Experience: Deep involvement in company strategic planning and execution, with business acumen and strategic thinking.

* Capital Operations Experience: Successfully led or deeply participated in major financing (equity/debt), mergers and acquisitions, or IPO projects.

* Listing compliance experience: Familiar with the listing rules, information disclosure, and compliance requirements (such as SOX) of major foreign capital markets (such as the US stock market).

* Team management experience: Successful experience leading large (100+ people) diversified finance teams.

* Industry experience: Experience as a finance executive at a Fortune 500 company is preferred.
