Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple fundraising rounds (Series A, B, and C), including fundraising strategy, financial modeling, due diligence management, investor engagement, and negotiations.
• Lead or play a key role in IPO preparation and execution (HKEX, NASDAQ/NYSE, STAR Market, etc.), coordinating external advisors such as investment banks, auditors, and legal counsels.
• Maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, capital markets participants, auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies.
• Participate in corporate governance, compliance management, and capital structure optimization initiatives to support sustainable growth and maximize company valuation.
• Partner closely with the CEO and leadership team on corporate strategy, financing, M&A, and long-term value creation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics. Graduate from overseas universities is preferred
• Minimum 10 years of progressive finance leadership experience, including experience as a CFO, VP Finance, or equivalent senior finance executive within a technology, internet companies.
• Proven track record of leading end-to-end fundraising processes across multiple financing rounds (Series A/B/C), including investor due diligence, term sheet negotiation, transaction execution, and closing.
• Hands-on experience taking a company from early-stage growth through IPO readiness and listing; deep understanding of listing regulations, compliance requirements, and capital market practices.
• Strong knowledge of corporate finance, financial planning and analysis, investor relations, capital markets, and strategic finance.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with founders, boards, investors, investment banks, auditors, and legal advisors.
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Fluent English is required; Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage.
