Role Description
A Chief Financial Officer (CFO) / Finance Director / Finance Controller oversees an organization's financial strategy, planning, and operations. This executive role ensures financial health, compliance, and alignment with business objectives while providing strategic insights for growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation, and regulatory requirements
- Lead finance teams and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
- Evaluate investment opportunities, risk management, and capital allocation

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Professional qualifications preferred (CPA, ACCA, CFA)
- 10+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or executive financial management
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, risk management, and regulatory compliance
- Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and analytical skills
