Based on the success of Cosmetic Physician Partners in the US and Europe, we bring together some of the most respected operators in the industry. We partner with world-renowned clinic founders and industry experts to help them grow their practices, enhance client experiences, and stay at the forefront of innovation. Along with our physician partners and shareholders, we are committed to a long-term vision that focuses on better partnerships, better support, and a culture that lasts.

Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team. This leader will design and own our financial infrastructure, build a high-performing finance team, and serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Board on all financial and strategic matters.

Key Responsibilities

1. Fundraising & Capital Strategy

  • Lead and negotiate debt with banks, lenders and other financial partners
  • Support relationships and coordinate communications with stakeholders and potential equity investors, including financial modeling, due diligence processes, and investor negotiations
  • Partner with the CEO on capital allocation, M&A, and growth strategy

2. Business Performance & Board Reporting

  • Define and track the KPIs that matter most for operational and financial success
  • Develop dashboards and management reporting tools to support partner clinics success and performance improvement, with HQ and clinic-level real-time visibility
  • Lead preparation of Board materials and ensure high-quality communication of financial results, risks, and opportunities

3. Build and Lead the Finance Team

  • Recruit, develop, and manage a world-class Finance organisation capable of supporting rapid growth across multiple Asian markets
  • Ensure accurate, compliant, and timely bookkeeping across all entities, leveraging automation and integration into CPP's core infrastructure
  • Monitor and improve systems to minimise errors and optimise workflows

4. Strategic Cashflow & Treasury for Expansion

  • Design and execute high-impact revenue growth investment across marketing, sales and CAPEX to maximize top-line growth across banners
  • Pursue operational efficiencies and automation to re-invest savings into regional growth initiatives
  • Optimize group-wide liquidity, working capital and cash pooling to fuel clinic growth and market entry

Essential Experience Requirements

  • Proven track record as CFO or senior finance executive in a high-growth, multi-entity organisation with 10+ years finance experience
  • Demonstrated success in fundraising (debt and equity), including modeling and investor negotiations
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to distill complexity for Board and non-financial stakeholders
  • Strong leadership skills with experience hiring, building and scaling finance teams
  • Knowledge of Asian accounting standards (e.g., IFRS), treasury, and cash management practices

Desirable Experience Requirements

  • Entrepreneurial mindset: able to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Prior exposure to healthcare, roll-ups, or multi-site businesses
  • Based in Singapore, with the ability to travel across Asia when needed. International experience and comfort operating across multiple jurisdictions
  • Interest or experience with leveraging AI-driven tools or platforms to improve function velocity and efficiency
