Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Ouji Group is looking for an experienced and commercially driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our regional finance function and support our continued growth across APAC.

As a key member of the senior leadership team, the CFO will work closely with the CEO and country leaders to strengthen financial governance, improve profitability and support strategic business decisions across our FMCG operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Group's financial strategy, planning and governance
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and financial reporting
• Drive profitability, cost optimisation and working-capital management
• Provide commercial insights to support business growth and investment decisions
• Consolidate and review financial performance across APAC markets
• Strengthen financial controls, policies, processes and risk management
• Ensure compliance with accounting, audit, tax and statutory requirements
• Partner with Commercial, Supply Chain, HR, Legal and country leadership teams
• Lead, develop and strengthen regional and country finance teams
• Support business expansion, restructuring, banking and corporate finance matters

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CA or equivalent
• At least 12–15 years of progressive finance experience, including senior leadership responsibilities
• Regional finance experience across multiple APAC markets
• Strong FMCG, retail, consumer goods or distribution experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, commercial finance, taxation, audit and governance
• Proven ability to manage P&L, cash flow and complex regional operations
• Strategic, hands-on and comfortable working in a fast-growing environment
• Strong leadership, stakeholder-management and communication skills
