Chief Financial Officer will take overall ownership of the Group's financial leadership, governance framework, and commercial decision-making.
This role partners closely with the senior leadership to support sustainable growth, financial discipline, and long-term strategic objectives across the organization.
Lead and develop the Group finance function, setting clear direction, accountability, and performance standards across the team
Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and senior management, translating financial data into actionable business and strategic insights
Drive group-wide financial planning activities, including budgeting cycles, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial modelling
Establish and maintain robust financial governance, internal controls, and accounting frameworks in line with statutory and professional standards
Ensure full compliance with all regulatory, statutory, and tax obligations across multiple legal entities
Oversee periodic financial reporting, including management accounts, board-level reporting, and required disclosures
Manage group consolidation and provide clear financial visibility to the Board, shareholders, and external stakeholders
Partner project and operational teams on financial matters such as project costing, funding structures, risk assessment, and commercial reviews
Lead treasury and liquidity management, including cash flow planning, financing arrangements, and banking relationships
Act as the primary point of contact for auditors, tax advisors, financial institutions, legal counsel, and regulatory authorities.
Champion continuous improvement initiatives across finance systems, reporting processes, and internal control environments
