Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Asia

Job Description

We are looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Asia to lead the finance function for Zii Cloud's operations in Singapore and across Asia.

This role is responsible for overseeing financial planning, reporting, compliance, and commercial finance, while supporting the company's regional growth and expansion.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management across Asia

• Oversee full sets of accounts, month-end closing, and consolidated reporting

• Ensure compliance with Singapore statutory and regulatory requirements (ACRA, IRAS, GST)

• Manage audits, tax matters, and relationships with external advisors

• Support regional expansion through financial modelling, pricing, and investment analysis

• Partner with management on commercial decisions, contracts, and strategic initiatives

• Build and manage the regional finance team and financial processes

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of relevant finance experience, including senior leadership roles

• Prior experience managing finance for Singapore-based companies with regional operations

• Strong knowledge of Singapore accounting standards, tax, and GST

• Experience in technology, SaaS, F&B, retail, or multi-outlet businesses preferred

• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management

• Strong commercial and analytical skills

• Able to work independently in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment

• Professional accounting qualification (e.g. CA, CPA, ACCA) preferred
