Chief Financial Officer (Automotive Industry)

Key responsibilities

• Validate financial controls and balances

• Ensure uninterrupted cash flow, payments, payroll, tax, banking and financing operations

• Own monthly close and consolidated management accounts

• Manage budgets, rolling forecasts and cash-flow forecasting

• Prepare CEO/Board reporting

• Lead the finance workstream for the proposed RTO

• Coordinate with sponsor, advisers, auditors and legal teams

• Manage transaction timetable, due diligence and financial disclosures

• Prepare and validate historical/pro forma financials and forecasts

• Establish SGX-ready reporting, financial policies and internal controls

About you

• Current or recent CFO, Deputy CFO, Finance Director or Group Financial Controller experience

• Preferably within an SGX-listed environment

• Experience with Catalist/small-cap/newly listed companies

• Hands-on ownership of financial close, external reporting, SGX announcements and audits

• Board/Audit Committee support experience

• Experience with RTO, IPO or major corporate transactions preferred

• Proven experience in fund-raising, bank negotiations and working-capital/trade facilities

• Experience with debt or equity financing and covenant management

• Strong understanding of Singapore financial reporting, audit, tax/GST and internal controls

• Understanding of listed-company governance requirements
