Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team.
This individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial planning and analysis, corporate
finance, accounting, and compliance. In addition to core finance responsibilities, the CFO will play a
critical leadership role in supporting the company's future growth through fundraising, M&A activities,
and a potential IPO. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on, business-minded finance executive with
strong experience in external negotiations, capital markets, and corporate transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Leadership
. Oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and
financial reporting.
. Strengthen internal controls, reporting accuracy, and financial discipline across the organization.
. Lead the development and implementation of financial policies, procedures, and systems to
support business growth and risk management.
Business Support & Strategic Finance
. Partner with the CEO and senior leadership to support business planning, cost optimization, and
performance management.
. Provide insights on business drivers through financial analysis, KPIs, and decision support tools.
. Support long-term planning and scenario modeling to enable data-driven decision-making.
Fundraising & Capital Markets
. Work closely with CEO and other leadership team to support equity and debt financing initiatives to
support business expansion.
. Establish and maintain strong relationships with bankers, external financial partners and investors .
. Drive financial due diligence, valuation modeling, and investor communications.
Mergers & Acquisitions
. Cooperate with M&A and leadership team to evaluate potential acquisition targets and strategic
partnerships.
. Lead financial due diligence, deal structuring, negotiation, and post-merger FIN integration.
. Work closely with external advisors, legal counsel, and internal teams to execute transactions
smoothly.
IPO Readiness & Execution (if applicable)
. Lead the company's IPO preparation, including financial audits, governance, and regulatory
compliance.
. Develop and implement scalable financial systems and controls suitable for a public company.
. Liaise with investment bankers, auditors, regulators, and other external stakeholders throughout
the IPO process.
Team Management
. Build and lead a high-performing finance team, including controllership, FP&A and tax.
. Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.
Qualifications
. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred.
. Minimum 15 years of progressive finance experience, including 5+ years as a CFO or senior finance
leader.
. Prior experience in mid-sized to large global manufacturing companies is essential.
. Demonstrated experience in global organizations with international operations and multi-currency
environments.
. Familiarity with fundraising, M&A, and capital planning IPO experience is a plus but not required.
. Strong systems thinking with the ability to build scalable processes and financial infrastructure.
. Excellent dialectical thinking and problem-solving skills - able to balance structure and flexibility,
risk and growth.
. High level of resilience, adaptability, and stress tolerance in dynamic business environments.
. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to influence
stakeholders at all levels.
. Hands on and be able to travel frequently around the world.
