Responsibilities
- We are seeking an accomplished Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with strong leadership experience in the telecommunications industry to lead a Singapore-based organization.
- This role requires a strategic leader who can effectively manage government and regulatory relationships in Singapore while strengthening the company's industry influence both locally and globally.
- The CEO will represent the organization at the highest levels, driving strategic partnerships, policy engagement, and long-term growth within the telecommunications ecosystem.
Government & Regulatory Engagement
- Lead and manage relationships with Singapore government agencies, regulators, and statutory bodies.
- Represent the organization in policy discussions, regulatory consultations, and public-sector initiatives.
- Ensure alignment with national telecommunications policies and regulatory requirements.
Industry Leadership & Influence
- Strengthen the company's influence and reputation within the Singapore and global telecommunications industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industry leaders, partners, and key stakeholders worldwide.
- Act as the public face of the organization in industry forums, conferences, and strategic engagements.
Strategic Leadership
- Define and execute corporate strategy in alignment with business objectives and market trends.
- Identify growth opportunities, partnerships, and strategic initiatives within the telecom ecosystem.
- Provide executive leadership to senior management and guide organizational development.
Stakeholder Management
- Engage effectively with shareholders, board members, partners, and external stakeholders.
- Communicate vision, strategy, and performance clearly and persuasively.
Requirements
- Extensive senior leadership experience within the telecommunications industry.
- Proven track record in government relations and regulatory engagement in Singapore.
- Strong industry network and credibility within the local and global telecom ecosystem.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to influence at executive, governmental, and industry levels.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience operating in an international or multinational environment is highly preferred.
