Chief Executive Officer ( Logistics & Supply Chain)

We are seeking an accomplished Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with deep international experience in logistics, freight forwarding, and multi-country operations. This ideal candidate will lead our Singapore headquarters and drive strategic business expansion across Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and the Americas.

This position required a seasoned leader with demonstrated success in P&L ownership, global trade-lane development, customer acquisition, partner network creation, and high-value account management.

Key Responsibilities:

-Provide strategic leadership for companywide regional logistics operations across Asia and global markets.

-Lead, mentor, grow multicultural teams in Singapore and overseas offices.

-Oversea full P&L responsibility, financial planning and operational performance.

-Develop and expand air, ocean, and end to end logistics solutions for multinational and regional clients.

-Build, strengthen, and manage relationship with major global accounts.

-Expand global partner and agency network in the Middle East, Europe, USA, and Asia Pacific.

-Drive trade-lane development with focus on Asia-Europe,China-SEA, and China-Middle East corridors.

-Identify new business opportunities, negotiate long-term contracts, and lead market-entry strategies.

-Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain operational excellence.

-Represent the company in senior-level negotiations and industry forums.

Required Skills & Competencies:
-Strong leadership with proven success managing large, cross-border term.

-In-depth expertise in air freight, ocean freight, ISO tanks, end to end logistics, and project cargo.

-Demonstrated experience in global account management and revenue growth.

-Strong understanding of international trade regulations, customs, and logistics frameworks.

-Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

-Multilingual ability along with English is an advantage for APAC expansion-especially Mandarin for China focused operations & Hindi for India-focused business expansion.
