Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) / Managing Director at Social Like SLU, based in Singapore. The CEO will lead the strategic planning and operational oversight of the organization, working to align and execute company goals. Responsibilities include managing financial planning and compliance, steering business operations, driving sales growth, and fostering stakeholder relationships. The role combines on-site leadership with opportunities to work remotely as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Finance, with skills in budgeting, financial analysis, and fiscal oversight
- Experience in Operations Management, with a focus on efficiency and process optimization
- Proven ability in Business Planning and Strategic Planning to shape and implement organizational vision
- Demonstrated success in Sales, including relationship management and revenue growth strategies
- Leadership and decision-making skills, with a history of driving organizational performance
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities
- Experience in managing hybrid teams and adapting to flexible work environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field; MBA is a plus
