Chief Distribution Officer

Our client is a high growth life insurer in Singapore looking to appoint a Chief Distribution Officer to own distribution strategy and profitable growth across all channels, with a particular focus on the launch of a significant slate of new products.

Core responsibilities will include devising and executing the distribution strategy across Financial Adviser and Bancassurance channels, driving profitable new business growth rather than volume alone, and working closely with product and marketing.

Sales leadership experience from within the life insurance industry is essential, with a strong preference for candidates who have run FA and Bank channels, and ideally in-depth product knowledge.
