We are now seeking a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). The CCO is a strategic leadership with growth mindset role responsible for driving topline performance and commercial strategy with expertise in sales and marketing across Worldwide Hotels Group's portfolio of brands and properties in Singapore. The role oversees sales and marketing; revenue management; distribution and partnerships, with full accountability for achieving and exceeding annual budgeted revenues, RevPAR, GOP and market share targets.
This role is critical in translating WWH's value-driven hospitality proposition into sustained commercial results and growth to support Group's growth ambitions across domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities
1. Commercial Strategy & Budget Ownership
- Own and deliver Group topline budgets, including room revenue, ancillary income and commercial KPIs (RevPAR, ADR, Occupancy, Market Share).
- Develop and execute integrated commercial strategies across Sales, Revenue Management, Marketing and Distribution.
- Translate corporate strategy into brand- and property-level commercial plans, aligned with WWH's growth roadmap.
- Lead annual budgeting, monthly forecasting and rolling market outlook in partnership with Finance and Operations.
2. Sales Leadership (Corporate, Leisure, MICE & Partnerships)
- Head group sales team and drive group sales strategy across corporate, wholesale, leisure, long-stay, government and MICE segments.
- Drive portfolio-wide and cross-brand sales synergies
- Oversee contracting strategy, rate integrity and account profitability.
- Diversify segmentation mix across the portfolio of hotels in Singapore
- Setup and execute sales management, review and segment optimisation standards for the group
3. Marketing, Brand & Demand Generation
- Oversee group and brand-level marketing strategy, including digital, performance marketing, CRM and loyalty. Lead cross-functional collaboration between marketing, operations, and property teams to ensure consistent execution of the privilege programme.
- Ensure strong alignment between brand positioning, customer experience and commercial outcomes.
- Drive demand generation through owned, paid and partnered channels, with clear ROI measurement.
- Champion innovation in digital marketing, e-commerce and AI-enabled customer engagement.
- Increase brand awareness and customer retention.
4. Revenue Management & Distribution (in working with VP, Revenue Management)
- Oversee group-wide revenue management strategy, pricing architecture and demand segmentation mix.
- Optimise channel mix, OTA performance, direct booking contribution and distribution costs.
- Drive adoption of data-driven pricing, forecasting and demand analytics.
- Establish best-in-class RM practices, systems and performance discipline across WWH portfolio.
- Balance revenue maximisation with WWH's value-conscious and inclusive hospitality positioning in Singapore
5. Leadership, Governance & Capability Building
- Lead, mentor and develop high-performing sales and marketing and revenue teams across the Group.
- Establish clear commercial governance, KPIs, cadence and accountability.
- Foster strong cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Finance, Asset Management and Technology.
- Embed a culture of performance excellence, agility and data-led decision-making, consistent with WWH's Core Values of Integrity, Teamwork, Respect, Accountability and Commitment
Job Requirement
Experience
- Minimum 1215 years of progressive commercial leadership experience in hospitality industry, with multi-brand or multi-property exposure
- Demonstrated success in driving topline growth, RevPAR outperformance and budget delivery.
- Proven track record as a Sales anchored Commercial Director / VP Commercial in a hotel group or large portfolio in Asia Pacific with preference for Singapore
- Strong and demonstrable sales leadership capability is mandatory, with working knowledge and oversight experience across marketing and revenue management to ensure integrated commercial execution.

- Strong commercial acumen with deep understanding of hotel economics and profitability levers.
