Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chemistry Teacher at Tanglin Trust School in Singapore. The Chemistry Teacher will be responsible for preparing and delivering engaging chemistry lessons to students, assessing and tracking student progress, and contributing to curriculum development. Additional duties include participating in school events, collaborating with colleagues to enhance the education experience, and engaging in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in education.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Chemistry subject matter and the ability to convey complex concepts to students
• Experience in curriculum development and lesson planning
• Exceptional classroom management and student engagement skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and school administration
• Commitment to continuous professional development
• Experience in an international or multicultural educational setting is a plus
• Minimum of a Bachelor&aposs degree in Chemistry, Education, or a related field; a teaching qualification is highly desirable
