Chemical Technician

Job Scopes

• Prepare all administrative work and necessary equipment for filling operations
• Receive and manage raw materials and manage its storage system
• Daily Patrol of system and auxiliary facilities
• Perform analysis such as dosimat titration, particle count and surface tension measurement
• Handle hazardous chemicals in clean room environment
• Perform drum, IBC & ISO tanker filling
• Carry out minor maintenance and troubleshoot facilities & equipments
• Ensure order fulfillment and quality compliance
• Operate plant equipment for efficient production according to production schedule
• Ensure all work are performed safely and compliance with plant standard
• Operate and troubleshoot process chemical plant operations
• Support in plant shutdown, start-up and production activities
• Coordinate and carry out process evaluation

Requirements:

• 12 hours rotating shift on 3 days work-rest cycle
• Minimum Diploma in Chemical Process Technology / Chemical Engineering
• Preferable with at least 1 or 2 years of relevant experience
• Those with relevant experience but do not possess the above qualifications may also apply
• Willing to work in Jurong Island
