Requirements

Prepare food by following established recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards to ensure consistent dish quality maintained

Assist in preparing, presenting, and storing dishes to maintain freshness and visual appeal and high-end dining experience

Apply food safety, hygiene, and health regulations during all food preparation activities to ensure compliance with government regulations

Order and Prepare ingredients, equipment, and materials needed for service to support smooth kitchen operations

Maintain cleanliness and well-organized work area to uphold kitchen hygiene and safety standards

Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations by completing assigned tasks efficiently

Communicate operational issues or guest feedback clearly to supervisors/manager to facilitate timely resolution

Participate actively in daily briefings, meetings, and training sessions to stay informed and improve skills
