You will prepare food items and meal components at your station, follow head chef directions, collaborate with the culinary team, maintain kitchen safety and sanitation, manage supplies, and improve food preparation methods based on feedback.
Responsibilities
- Prepare specific food items and meal components at your station to meet quality standards
- Follow directions provided by the head chef to ensure consistent food preparation
- Collaborate with the culinary team to deliver high-quality food and service
- Maintain a safe and sanitary work area in the kitchen to comply with hygiene standards
- Conduct stocktaking and order supplies for your station to ensure availability of ingredients
- Improve food preparation methods based on feedback to enhance efficiency and quality
- Assist in other kitchen areas as needed to support team operations
- Manage multitasking and organize tasks effectively during shifts, including weekends and holidays
