Work Hours: 44 hours/ 5days a week (shift) including weekends

Salary Range: S$3000 (max)

JOB SCOPE

• Prepare a range of savoury and sweet items, including pies, quiches, salads, and baked goods
• Handle dough preparation processes such as mixing, rolling, shaping, and baking with consistency
• Prepare fillings, sauces, and mise en place in line with production plans and standard procedures
• Ensure all products meet quality expectations in taste, texture, and presentation
• Manage ingredient storage with proper labelling and FIFO practices
• Collaborate closely with both savoury and pastry teams to support daily operations
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and workplace safety
• Support new product trials and seasonal menu development when required.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in a central kitchen or high-volume production environment is an advantage
• Experience in either hot or cold kitchen settings
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks
• Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
