Italian cuisine at 313 Orchard food court is looking for a chef.
- Ensuring all food prepared and served is according to the standards
- Monitor and ensuring inventory and ingredients are available for operations
- Demonstrating proper food safety adn hygiene according to the standard
- Ensuring to minimize food spoilage and wastage
- Checks all kitchen equipments, making sure they are in good working condition and always take good care of the equipments
- Perform any other duties that may be requires
Requirements:
- Prior working experience in the kitchen, in Italian cuisine kitchen is a an additional advantage
- Able to work as a team and independently
- Able to work in busy environment
