Working Hours: 5.5 days a week.
10.30am - 2.30pm | 5.30pm - 10.30pm.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Maintain high level of kitchen hygiene and food quality
Prepare authentic Japanese dishes to a high standard, ensuring consistency and quality
Manage inventory and order supplies to maintain food quality and freshness
Work closely with management to develop and enhance food menu
Development and compliance of SOP's for operational consistency in the kitchen
Other ad hoc task assigned by management
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience in Japanese cuisine is an advantage
Experience in sashimi preparation is an advantage
Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
Passion for Japanese cuisine
Positive team-oriented attitude
