CHEF

Job Description:

• Prepare and make Chinese steamed buns (baozi) according to company recipes and quality standards.

• Prepare dough, fillings and ingredients for daily production.

• Steam and cook buns according to food preparation procedures.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and food preparation areas.

• Ensure food quality, freshness and consistency.

• Assist with stock preparation and inventory control when required.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in making Chinese steamed buns or other Chinese food products is preferred.

• Able to follow recipes and food hygiene requirements.

• Able to work in a fast-paced food preparation environment.

• Responsible, hardworking and willing to learn.
