Job Description

As a Chef, you'll be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, creating menus, managing food preparation, and maintaining a clean, efficient, and inspired kitchen environment. You'll work closely with our front-of-house team to ensure each dish exceeds guest expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, prepare, and present high-quality dishes consistently.
  • Develop and update menus based on seasonal ingredients and customer trends.
  • Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and kitchen hygiene standards are maintained.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, ordering, and cost control.
  • Train, supervise, and support kitchen staff.
  • Collaborate with management to improve kitchen workflow and guest satisfaction.
  • Handle food preparation for special events, private dining, or catering orders (if applicable).

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, flavor profiles, and plating standards.
  • Food Safety Certification (e.g., ServSafe, Food Handler's Certificate).
  • Excellent time management, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure.
  • Passion for food, innovation, and guest satisfaction.
