Mediterranean and Indian Curry Tandoor Head Chef

leads all kitchen operations, specializing in authentic clay oven (tandoor) dishes, rich gravies, breads and Mediterranean Kababs, Dips, Salad

. Responsibilities include developing menus, perfecting traditional spice blends, managing inventory, ensuring strict food hygiene (e.g., SFA standards), and training staff to maintain high-quality, consistent, and flavorful cuisine.
Key Responsibilities

  • : Prepare authentic Mediterranean Kababs , Dpis , Salad and Indian dishes, including, but not limited to, rich gravies, specialized curries, and marinated, tandoor-cooked items like kebabs, tikka, and assorted breads (naan, roti).
  • : Expertly manage and maintain clay ovens, ensuring proper temperature control for consistent, quality, and fast-paced service.
  • : Supervise daily kitchen activities, ensure consistent taste and presentation, manage inventory/stock, and maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards (e.g., SFA).
  • : Develop new, authentic recipes and seasonal specials, specifically utilizing traditional spices and masalas.

  • Key Skills and Requirements
