Job Description

Creates new recipes to improve food product from the organisation

Designs new recipes in consideration of ideas and market demand for new products

Improves recipes and preparation methods to meet mass production and regulatory needs

Assist to design marketing strategies based on his/her approach and ideas in creating new products.
Develop food improvements based on sensory testing and consumer data

Creative in develop and present of products.

Support front house team by preparing samples for customers.

Make recommendations in the design of new or to change current equipment or processes

Requirements

Skilled in culinary arts

Experienced in the Food and Beverage sector

Knowledge on food science and is familiar with nutrition

5 years working experience in a kitchen

Sound understanding of cultural and culinary trends
