Your Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and kitchen standards

• Ensure consistent food quality, taste and presentation

• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards

• Support daily kitchen operations and food preparation

• Guide and support junior kitchen team members when required

What We're Looking For

• Relevant professional kitchen experience

• Experience in Western and/or Spanish cuisine preferred

• Good knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene

• Passionate about cooking with a positive and hands-on attitude

• Willing to work rotating/ split shifts, weekends and public holidays
