Job Summary

We are seeking a Chef de Partie to manage kitchen sections, prepare dishes to standards, ensure food quality, supervise junior staff, and maintain hygiene in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee daily operations of a designated kitchen section (hot or cold) to ensure smooth workflow
  • Prepare and cook dishes following established recipes and quality standards to maintain consistency
  • Monitor and ensure food quality and presentation meet the restaurant's high standards
  • Supervise, train, and guide junior kitchen staff to enhance team performance and skill development
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen to comply with health and safety regulations
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to support a fast-paced kitchen environment

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Demonstrate relevant kitchen experience to perform core cooking and management duties
  • Exhibit strong teamwork and leadership skills to foster a cooperative and efficient kitchen team
  • Show responsibility and organizational skills to manage tasks and kitchen resources effectively
