Job Summary
We are seeking a Chef de Partie to manage kitchen sections, prepare dishes to standards, ensure food quality, supervise junior staff, and maintain hygiene in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily operations of a designated kitchen section (hot or cold) to ensure smooth workflow
- Prepare and cook dishes following established recipes and quality standards to maintain consistency
- Monitor and ensure food quality and presentation meet the restaurant's high standards
- Supervise, train, and guide junior kitchen staff to enhance team performance and skill development
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen to comply with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate effectively with team members to support a fast-paced kitchen environment
