Job Summary
You will support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations by preparing high-quality food and ingredients according to recipes and restaurant standards. You will also ensure food safety and minimize wastage while completing assigned duties.
Responsibilities
- Support the Head Chef in executing daily kitchen operations to maintain smooth workflow
- Prepare ingredients and food items accurately following recipes to ensure consistent quality
- Complete all mis en place tasks according to the restaurant's standards to enable efficient service
- Minimize wastage and spoilage by handling ingredients carefully and managing inventory use
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices strictly to maintain a safe kitchen environment
- Perform adhoc duties and projects as assigned by the Supervisor to support kitchen needs
