Responsibilities:
- Follow the recipe on a consistent basis to keep the food quality and food cost constant.
- To be able to handle and process meat protein in large quantity, slice and portion prior to any margination and pre-packing.
- To undertake responsibility to monitor the dry age condition of beef protein with our dry ager chiller.
- To assist Sous Chef in all other preparation work in the kitchen, such as stew, sauce, meat margination & carbohydrate processing.
- Ensure that produced pastry are plated according to specification standards by our pastry chef.
- To assist Executive Chef in inventory procurement, place order direct with our vendors.
