Requirements:

  • Minimum1 year proven similar western kitchen experience in well-known western restaurant.
  • Culinary diploma or degree from a recognized institution.
  • Creative and passionate about culinary arts.
  • Ability to work well in a high-pressure environment.
  • Knowledge of culinary trends and techniques.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
