Job Description

As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for managing an assigned section of the kitchen and ensuring every dish meets our Michelin-level standards of quality, taste, and presentation. This role is ideal for a passionate Singaporean chef seeking to refine their craft and grow within a world-class culinary team.

Responsibilities

Culinary Execution

  • Prepare and execute dishes with consistency, precision, and care.
  • Maintain high standards of mise en place, cooking techniques, and plating.
  • Work closely with the Sous Chef to ensure smooth service operations.

Section Management

  • Take full ownership of your assigned section.
  • Ensure all mise en place is ready and that your station operates efficiently during service.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with hygiene standards at all times.

Collaboration and Teamwork

  • Work cohesively with other kitchen sections to ensure seamless communication and timing during service.
  • Support and assist junior team members through guidance and mentorship.
  • Uphold professionalism, discipline, and respect within the kitchen brigade.

Quality and Standards

  • Uphold the restaurant's culinary philosophy and aesthetic in every dish.
  • Assist in quality control of ingredients and finished products.
  • Follow strict hygiene and food safety protocols as per Singapore Food Agency (SFA) regulations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in fine dining or Michelin-level kitchens.
  • Solid foundation in classical and modern cooking techniques.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.
  • Passion for learning, precision, and culinary innovation.
  • Only Singapore Citizens.
