Job Title: Chef De Partie (Baker) (ID4835)
Location: Woodlands
Working Hours: Monday to Friday : 9.00am - 6.40pm
Salary : $3000-$3500

Job Responsibilities:
. Responsible for daily preparation and baking of bread and pastries
. Ensure all products are of consistent quality and standards by adhering to recipes and SOPs
. Ensure food hygiene and safety standards are maintained
. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the work area
. Monitor and track inventory levels of finished goods, baking ingredients and supplies
. Maintain proper storage of products in chillers and freezers
. Assist in picking, packing and labelling of products
. Perform mise-en-place and minimise food waste
. Any other ad hoc duties assigned
