We are looking for a Chef de Cuisine (Italian Cuisine) to join our team!
As the Chef de Cuisine (Italian Cuisines), youwill lead and supervise the culinary team to maintain high food preparationstandards, maximize outlet profitability, and support daily kitchen operationsat our Italian restaurant.
As the Chef de Cuisine, we rely on you to:
- Maintain high standards of food preparation, service, and hygiene in the Italian restaurant to ensure guest satisfaction
- Supervise and lead the culinary production team to deliver consistent, high-quality Italian cuisine
- Manage food production processes to optimize efficiency and quality control
- Maximize outlet profitability by controlling food costs and minimizing waste
- Support the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely service
- Develop and create specialized Italian cuisine menus that meet guest expectations and market trends
- Communicate effectively with guests to enhance their dining experience and address feedback
- Adapt to shift work schedules and perform duties in an outdoor environment as required
We are looking for someone who:
- Experience in specialized Italian cuisines within a restaurant environment
- International exposure in Italian cuisines to cater to a diverse domestic and international clientele
- Strong guest communication and engagement skills
- Willingness to work shifts and in outdoor settings
