The Chef De Cuisine is responsible for conveying Rumah Makan Minang brand, food and cuisine. The position is involved in driving the business by providing exceptional dishes and creations to all restaurants, outlets, business clients and events. Moreover, the Cuisine Chef is tasked with supporting the overall operational needs of the Central Kitchen.
Reporting to the Manager, the Cuisine Chef is expected to carry out and perform the duties and responsibilities diligently. The goal is to provide exceptional culinary cuisine and carry the brand well.
